Bryonia Alba 30c + Aconitum Napellus 200c, 1 dose = 3 pills from each, i.e. 3+3 = 6 pills together, 2D noon and night.
Kali Muriaticum 3x + Ferrum Phosphoricum 3x, 1 dose = 2 tablets i.e. 2+2 = 4 tablets together, 2D morning and evening.
